Star Wars : The Old Republic : 04/10/2011 Patch Notes

General

• Players cannot open more than one simultaneous Customer Server ticket through the in-game Customer Service Portal.

Classes & Combat

Imperial Agent/Smuggler

• Take Cover can now be used without a nearby cover location and is bound by default to the middle mouse button and the F key. While a character is in cover, a green shield icon will appear above enemies to indicate that the character is protected from that enemy’s regular ranged attacks.

• Take Portable Cover is now a passive ability and grants 20% defense while the player is crouched.

Companion Characters

• Doc: Corrected several issues that prevented this Companion’s missions from being completed.

Flashpoints

• Athiss: Fixed a door that would sometimes prevent the step Plant Explosives from being completed.

PvP

• Fixed a bug that caused Warzones to shut down early.

Missions and NPCs

Imperial

• A Map for the Future : The Terentatek Mauler will no longer keep his enrage buff after exiting combat.
• Big Chief : The bodies of Nem’ro’s slaves will now appear properly during conversations.
• Contract Negotiations : The bioscanner now works correctly and the mission can be completed.
• Giant Killer : The Cyber Neutralizer now works correctly when used on Darth Skotia.
• My Sponsorship : Fixed a bug that would sometimes allow the player to begin a conversation with Nem’ro too early.

User Interface

• Fixed a bug that caused Companion Character portraits to appear blank.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that was preventing mapping of the middle mouse button.
• Fixed a bug that caused players to fall through the map when using Quick Travel.
• Fixed a bug that would cause poor quality textures on graphics cards with more than 2GB of video RAM.
